A Proposal for the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Roseville <br />Strategic Vision for Luverne <br />City of Luverne <br />In 2011, the citizens of Luverne worked together and <br />with the Southwest Initiative Foundation to develop a <br />Strategic Vision for their community. The project was <br />centered on an inclusive visioning process in which <br />hundreds of stakeholders participated, demonstrating <br />extraordinary enthusiasm for LuverneÕs future. <br />Through a series of meetings, a three-day charrette, <br />a vision statement and objectives were developed to <br />frame the process. From that basis, a series of initiatives <br />was developed to help achieve the objectives. Initiatives <br />included place-speciÞ c design ideas, procedural <br />improvements, marketing tools, training, and other <br /> orts. The Þ nal Strategic Vision document provides a <br />guide to community leaders for implementing the many <br />ideas developed by the community and LHBÕs design <br />team through this process. <br />Consultant Prior Experience <br />18 <br /> <br />
