A Proposal for the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Roseville <br />Proposed Work Plan and Tasks <br />MetCouncil Requirements <br />First and foremost, the Comprehensive Plan must meet all <br />requirements for Metropolitan Council approval. The WSB/LHB <br />team will ensure that all of the required tasks, analysis, Þ gures, <br />and tables required in the MetCouncil checklist are completed <br />with the goal of seamless approval by the MetCouncil.
