The following list contains tools we have <br />incorporated in other project and are proposing to use <br />for the Roseville Comprehensive Plan Update: <br />™ <br /> mySidewalk (project website, online surveys and <br />dialogue) <br />™ <br /> Social media <br />™ <br /> Primavera P6 (project management) <br />™ <br /> Data Link (GIS data) <br />™ <br /> ESRI Business Analyst (economic development <br />data) <br />™ <br /> Mentimeter (real-time surveys, feedback, and <br />audience engagement) <br />Workload Statement <br />WSB recognizes that our performance on projects is the single most important factor in client satisfaction and repeat <br /> assigned to project teams are available to <br />meet project schedules and provide our clients with the highest quality service. We have weekly and monthly project <br />manager and project team meetings to keep our schedules and workloads on track. Additionally, because we donÕt have <br />any independent proÞ t centers, we can pull employees from across all groups to be on a project team, and often do in <br />order to put the speciÞ c experts on speciÞ c projects. Additionally, we are proposing to use Primavera P6, a sophisticated <br />project management software used for large projects. This software tracks project budget, milestones, schedule, project <br />delays (extra public meetings, for example), and produces monthly reports to include with invoices. <br />We can state with conÐ dence that we are able to respond to your needs on a short notice and meet your timelines. <br />Additional Information <br />31 <br /> <br />
