Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, September 14, 2016 <br />Page 7 <br />Keith Hill, 2445 Dunlap Street <br />305 <br />Even with his proximity and view of proposed roof, Mr. Hill spoke in support of the <br />306 <br />variance request, opining it would not be a detriment to their view, and suggested <br />307 <br />it might even improve it and add some architectural dimension to the current <br />308 <br />structure. Mr. Hill stated he was appreciative of the work done to the property so <br />309 <br />far, and encouraged Ms. Stefanski to keep going. <br />310 <br />Chair Murphy closed the Public Hearing at 6:52 p.m.; no one else spoke for or <br />311 <br />against. <br />312 <br />MOTION <br />313 <br />Member Gitzen moved, seconded by Member Daire to approve VB <br />314 <br />Resolution No. 125 (RVBA Attachment D as revised) entitled, “A Resolution <br />315 <br />APPROVING VARIANCES to Roseville City Code, (Sections 1017.16 and <br />316 <br />1017.26) at 1204 Brooks Avenue (PF16-025); subject to comments, findings <br />317 <br />and conditions as outlined in the staff report dated September 14, 2016; <br />318 <br />amended as follows (page 2, lines 62 – 65) to read: <br />319 <br />“Prior to receiving permits for improvements that would increase <br />320 <br />impervious surfaces on the property to more than 25% of the parcel area <br />321 <br />above OHWL, the property owner shall satisfy the requirements of the <br />322 <br />Residential Storm Water Permit \[or other suitable administrative process\] to <br />323 <br />mitigate the excess storm water.” <br />324 <br />Ayes: 3 <br />325 <br />Nays: 0 <br />326 <br />Motion carried. <br />327 <br />Chair Murphy reviewed the appeal process and deadline. <br />328 <br />5. Adjournment <br />329 <br />MOTION <br />330 <br />Member Gitzen moved, seconded by Member Daire to adjourn the meeting at <br />331 <br />approximately 6:55 p.m. <br />332 <br />Ayes: 3 <br />333 <br />Nays: 0 <br />334 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />335 <br />
