<br />City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1282 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPPERTY AT <br />2800 ARONA STREET B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT TO A PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />R-1, R-3, and R-6 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, <br />and after the City Council consideration on PF 3457, the following property, generally located at <br />2800 Arona Street, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-1 Limited Business District to a <br />Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning ofR-1 Single Family Residence, R-3 General <br />Residence District, and R-6 Townhouse District.. <br /> <br />The property being legally described as: Applewood Pointe of Arona, City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, shall include the following: <br /> <br />Block 1, Lots 1-19 shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with underlying <br />zoning of R-6 Townhouse District <br /> <br />Block 2, Lots 1-7 shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with underlying <br />zoning of R-1 Single Family Residence District <br /> <br />Block 3, Lot 1 shall be shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of R-3 General Residence District <br /> <br />Outlot '~" shall be shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of R-3 General Residence District. <br /> <br />Outlot "B" and "C" shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of R-l Single Family Residence District <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # 1282. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect <br /> <br />upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat "Applewood Pointe of Arona" with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City and <br />property owners. <br />4. The recording of the PUD documents with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 16th day of June, 2003. <br />
