Roll Call <br />Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br />Order: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br />and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approve Agenda <br />City Manager Trudgeon advised that Item 14.a had been revised since dissemination of <br />�agenda packet materials, with a revised Request for Council Action (RCA) provided as a <br />bench handout, attached to the meeting packet, adding one additional liquor license re- <br />newal entity: India Palace. <br />McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the agenda as amended, with the re- <br />vised Itern 14. a. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />4. Public Comment <br />Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br />items, with no one appearing to speak. <br />5. Council and City Manager Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br />For the benefit of the public, Mayor Roe announced upcoming activities and events, in- <br />cluding a Red Cross Blood Drive co-sponsored by the City and Affinity Plus Credit Un- <br />ion; a seminar at the Ramsey County Library — Roseville Branch entitled, "Handling the <br />Holidays for Caregivers;" and volunteer opportunity at Applewood Park to assist with <br />natural resource management efforts at city parks by helping drag and stack Buckthorn <br />brush. <br />Councilmember McGehee announced MNSure Navigator assistance through the end of <br />January 2017 at the Roseville Library. <br />Mayor Roe provided an annual report on CTV's municipal assistance programming, with <br />a total of 654 hours provided to its nine-member cites, 106 exclusively used for City of <br />Roseville community programming and videos airing on municipal channels. <br />City Manager Trudgeon reported that last week, he, Mayor Roe and Councilmembers Et- <br />ten and Laliberte had attended a half-day session hosted by the League of Minnesota Cit- <br />ies and Metro Cities organizations providing statewide updates on a variety of interest to <br />
