A Resoluti�n Authorizing the Purch�se of Property Located �t 196 S. 1"VlcCarrons l3oulavnrd WHEREAS, Evelyn Sands (the "Seller") is an owner of real estate loc�ted at 196 S. McCarroi�s Boulevard, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota legally described in the Agreernent as hereinafter defined (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Economic Development Autharity, a public body corporate and palitic (the "EDA") desires to purchase the Property froin the Seller; and WHEREAS, the EDA has fol�owed applicable st�tutory provisions and tha �DA finds that the purchase of the Property will fitlfill the objectives, goals and mission of the EDA, and. specifically that the purchase of the Property is zlecassary to carry out � housing replacement project; and WHEREAS, the EDA has caused to be prapared an offer �nd purchase agraenlent (the ".�lgreement") providing for the tenns of the �onveyance of the Property froin the Seller to the EDA, with such Agreement being as set foi�th in Exlubit A and incorporated into and made a pai-t of tl�is Resohrtion. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Roseville Economic Development Alrthority, Mii�nesota, as follows: 1.
