Introduction/ Call Roll <br /> Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br /> request, Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br /> Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Sarah Brodt Lenz and Members, <br /> Joe Wozniak, Duane Seigler, John Heimerl <br /> Absent: Members Thomas Trainor, and Kody Thurnau <br /> Staff Present: Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer; <br /> Environmental Specialist Ryan Johnson; and Finance <br /> Director Chris Miller <br /> 2. Public Comments <br /> None. <br /> 3. Approval of September 27 and August 23, 2016 Meeting Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br /> commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br /> draft presented in meeting materials. <br /> Member Wozniak moved, Member Seigler seconded, approval of the September <br /> 27, 2016 meeting minutes as amended. <br /> Corrections: <br /> • <br /> Pagel, Line 10-11 and all subsequent references (Cihacek) <br /> Correct Title of Luke Sandstrom from City Engineer to staff Civil Engineer <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Member Lenz moved, Member Heimerl seconded, approval of the August 23,2016 <br /> meeting minutes as presented. <br /> Page 1 of 20 <br />
