EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of February, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11398 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO APPLY FOR COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has made Southeast Roseville a priority in the City Council Priority <br /> Plan adopted for 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has identified Ramsey County Community Development Block <br /> Grant dollars as potential funding to assist with completion of pathway on north side of <br /> Larpenteur Avenue; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville City Council hereby authorizes city staff <br /> to apply for Community Development Block Grant Funding for the completion of <br /> pathway on north side of Larpenteur Avenue; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member E t t e n, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, <br /> McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
