Attachment E <br />FIRM BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS <br />The City of Roseville will review and evaluate each proposal, and selection will be made on the basis of <br />the criteria listed below. The firms submitting proposals shall include with their proposal statements on <br />the following: <br />A. Proven management skills and technical competence including specialized experience in <br />comprehensive surface water management plan (CSWMP) development. Demonstrated <br />performance in providing well organized, accurate, and fully coordinated documents; and projects <br />delivered on time and within budget. (5 pages maximum) <br />Management Skills and Technical Expertise include as a minimum: <br />• List of CSWMPs completed including description, scope, project cost, and owner's contact <br />information. Provide access to an example report completed by the firm via the internet. <br />• Information on delivery of projects on time and within budget. Provide design time <br />(contract/actual); cost of plan (estimated/actual); problems encountered and solutions devised. <br />Minimum 2, maximum 4 similar projects. <br />B. Credentials of project team, including: project manager's related projects; history of the proposed <br />team working together on past projects, particularly as related to prior work with CSWMP projects. <br />(1 page each) <br />Include as a minimum: <br />1. Identification of project manager and project team. <br />2. Project manager's resume and portfolio of related projects. <br />3. Resumes of key project staff members. <br />Page 20 <br />
