<br />d. Evergreen shrubs used for screening purposes shall be at least three feet <br />(3) in height at planting. Evergreen shrubs will have a minimWD spread of <br />twenty-four inches (24"). <br />e. Potted shrubs shall be in a five (5) gallon pot or larger. <br /> <br />6. Areas Other Than Building And/Or Hardstand: All areas of land other than <br />that occupied by building and/or hardstand (parking areas and driveways) <br />shall be landscaped with sod and/or mulch and/or rock material in planting <br />beds where appropriate. (1010.14E5) <br /> <br />D. All off-street parking areas containing more than six (6) parking spaces <br />contiguous to residential areas shall be screened with fencing or landscaping to <br />create an all-seasons screen, eighty percent (80%) opaque, to a height of five feet <br />(5). (1010'(J9) <br />E. Parking and site lighting fixtures shall be of a downcast, cutoff type, concealing <br />the light source from view and preventing glare and spilling into residential areas. <br />Lighting levels at contiguous residential property lines shall not exceed one-half <br />(112) foot-candle. Energy efficient lighting systems shall be employed for all <br />exterior lighting. MinimWD lighting levels for covered and open parking facilities <br />shall be as follows: (1010.12) <br /> <br />1. Covered Parking Facilities (Day):* <br />General parking & 5 foot-candles <br />pedestrian areas <br />Ramps/comers 10 foot-candles <br />Entrances/exits 50 foot-candles <br />Stairwells 20 foot-candles <br /> <br />2. Covered Parking Facilities (Night):* <br />General parking & 5 foot-candles <br />pedestrian areas* <br />Ramps/comers 5 foot-candles <br />Entrances/exits 5 foot-candles <br />Stairwells 20 foot-candles <br /> <br />3.
