Spaces accessory to one- and two-family dwellings shall be on the same lot as the <br />principal use served. (1004.0l05b) <br /> <br />C. Spaces accessory to multiple-family dwellings shall be on the same lot as the <br />principal use served or within two hundred feet (200) walking distance of the <br />main entrance to the principal building served. Exception: In all industrial districts on-site parking lot setback and parking of <br />vehicles shall be (1007.0lAl) permitted no closer than forty feet (40) to any front <br />yard property or right-of-way lines or where the lot faces a residential district. <br />Exception (1007.0lAld): With a combination of permanent year-round screening <br />and landscaping, the parking setback of passenger vehicles (cars and trucks of less <br />than one ton capacity) may be reduced to twenty feet (20) from the front property <br />line. The combination of permanent year-round screening and landscaping may <br />include: <br /> <br />1.
