Option 2 is more restrictive than our current policy, and also more restrictive than the Watershed <br />Districts. Option 2 does provide a water quality and quantity benefit that will help reduce <br />flooding. This option will also increase costs to the property owner and/or City. <br />Staff will have the January presentation available for reference, and also discussion purposes. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Provide feedback on Policy Options and provide a recommendation on which option to move <br />forward with. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
