Finance Commission Minutes January 10, 2017 – Draft Minutes Page 6 of 6 226 227 Recommendation Tracker 228 229 Commissioner Harold provided a sample worksheet to track Commission recommendations 230 through the process including the date the Commission made the recommendation, the date it 231 was sent to the City Council, the date the City Council reviewed the recommendation and recent 232 actions on the recommendation. He suggested including the date a recommendation was 233 adopted. 234 235 Chair Schroeder stated this would be good information to include. 236 237 Commissioner Zeller stated the Commission will often had requests for information and advice. 238 He asked if this would be something the Commission would like to include in a tracker. 239 240 Commissioner Harold stated he would expand the worksheet to include requests for information 241 and advice.
