<br />City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1290 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE THREE, SECTIONS 302.09 AND 302.10 <br />HOURS OF SALE AND EVACUATION OF ON-SALE ESTABLISHMENTS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: Title Three, Section 302.09 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />302.09: LIQUOR HOURS OF SALE <br /> <br />The hours for the sale of intoxicating or nonintoxicating liquor for consumption on the <br />premises shall be those allowed under Minnesota Statute §340A.504. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Title Three, Section 302.10(A) of the Roseville City Code is amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />302.10: EVACUATION OF ON-SALE ESTABLISHMENTS <br /> <br />A. Thirty Minute Restriction: All patrons of an on-sale establishment selling intoxicating <br />liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor must vacate the premises within thirty (30) <br />minutes of the termination of sales by Minnesota Statute § 340A.504. Any patron who <br />remains on the licensed premises or any licensee or licensee's employee who allows a <br />patron to remain on the licensed premises beyond the thirty (30) minute limit is in <br />violation of this subsection. (Ord. 1056,3-16-1989). <br /> <br />SECTION 3: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br />publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this ;j!" <fuy of Ä"'-a1A. sf , 2003. <br />
