<br />City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1291 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE FIVE, SECTIONS 503.02, 503.06 and 503.07 <br />WEAPONS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: Title Five, Section 503.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />503.02: HANDGUNS PROHIBITED: <br /> <br />No person shall carry any revolver or handgun in any holster or otherwise upon the <br />person whether it is concealed or not concealed, except under such conditions and in such <br />places as complies with state and federal law. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Title Five, Section 503.06 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />503.06: DANGEROUS WEAPONS PROmBITED: <br /> <br />No person shall carry or wear, either on his/her person or in a motor vehicle owned or <br />operated by him/her, any dangerous weapon not licensed pursuant to applicable state law. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: Title Five, Section 503.07 of the Roseville City Code is repealed and is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />503.07: LICENSES: <br />Repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: Effective date.
