City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1520 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §1009.07 OF TITLE 10 ZONING ORDINANCE <br />AND <br />§1102.O1.B OF TITLE 11 SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code, § 1009.07 and § 1102.01, is hereby amended to <br />eliminate these sections and replace them with a formalized policy to be administered by the <br />Coinmunity Development Department's Planning Division; <br />SECTION 2. §1009.07 is hereby amended as follows: <br />Developer Open House Meetings <br />Purpose: Certain proposals or applications for development may constitute significant departures from <br />the present or historical use and/or zoning of a property. Prior to submitting an application for a <br />Comprehensive Plan Map Chan�e, a Zonin6 Map Chan�e, an Interim Use, a Subdivision Plat, or <br />a Planned Unit Development ^rr�^���� ^�^r ;r�e-�i�s�ze� ^�n�t�e�e��, an applicant <br />shall hold an open house meeting with property owners and 1•enters in the vicinity of the potential <br />development location in order to provide a convenient forum for engaging community members in the <br />development process, to describe the proposal in detail, and to answer questions and solicit feedback. <br />Applicant Responsibilitv: The applicant shall be responsible for the followin� items: <br />• Completed Oqen House Form (application) <br />• Payment of fee and escrow <br />• Provision of applicable information re�ardin� the proiect/request <br />• Provision of the open house location, date, and time <br />• Required submittal of open house summary uuon conclusion of ineetin� <br />General: Applicant shall refer to the Open House Meetin� Policv that is a component of the Open <br />House Form (application) or contact the Community Development Department for additional <br />information reaardin� the process. <br />,,., in,-a i n �� i i i n � n i n� <br />. . , <br />� <br />� <br />rvr�e�i-rcc�iig�6-��i€iC�--c`���iy�r'+c`y'� "l�n,�,,," /(l,-A 1 �'72� 1 1 1(1 7l11 �l <br />• > > > <br />� <br />� <br />
