Introduction / Call Roll <br />Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; and Members Thomas Trainor, John Heimerl, <br />Joe Wozniak, and Duane Seigler <br />Absent: Vice Chair Sarah Brodt Lenz and Member Kody Thurnau <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver, Assistant Public Works <br />Director Jesse Freihammer and Environmental Specialist <br />Ryan Johnson <br />2. Public Comments <br />3. Approval of January 24, 2017 Meeting Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />Motion <br />Member Wozniak moved, Member Trainor seconded, approval of the <br />January 24, 2017 meeting minutes as amended. <br />Corrections: <br />• Page 14, Line 640 (Wozniak) <br />Typographical correction from "regarded" to "regraded" <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4.
