The program continues to function smoothly with decreasing numbers of people <br />calling the hotline with recycling questions or concerns. Participation continues to be the <br />highest in Ramsey County at 94%. Despite the continued lightening of packaging, the tons <br />of recycling collected in Roseville in 2016 rose by o.5%. <br />Market prices showed slow and steady improvement throughout 2016 with Roseville <br />receiving just over $17,911 in revenue. In addition, there continues to be a significant and <br />positive environmental impact from the recycling efforts of Roseville residents.
