January 27, 2017 Re:Roseville Parks and Recreation Renewal Program Playground replacement at TamarackPark Dear Neighbors of TamarackPark: As part of the Parks and Recreation Renewal Program, the Tamarack Park Playground is scheduled to be replaced. In 2013, a meeting was held that you may have participated in but the project had been placed on hold at that time. We are now ready to beginthe playground design process and conversation again this winter/spring with a playground design process. The actual installation of the playground will occur through a community playground build during the 2017 construction season. We have scheduled three meetings to plan the playground replacement. At the first meeting, staff and consultants will gather your initial playground ideas. You will be asked to help us better understand what type of playground equipment would bestfit in the park. Using input from this meeting our consultants will develop multipleconcept plans that will be shared with you at the second meeting, this will give the consultants an idea on what you like and don’t like about each proposal. These comments will be used to create the preferred concept that will be presented at the third meeting.The meeting dates are as follows: Meeting # 1-Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Villa Park Building Meeting #2 – Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Villa Park Building Meeting #3 – Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Villa Park Building T he address for the Villa Park Building is 2055 Cohansey Blvd .
