INTRODUCTION <br />The City of Roseville request a proposal for concept/schematic design options, site assessment, cost estimation and <br />community engagement facilitation services for the development of clubhouse/community space at the Cedarholm <br />Golf Course (2323 North Hamline Avenue, Roseville} and adjacent infrastructure. <br />While working toward repiacing the Cedarholm Golf Course Ciubhouse, Rosevilie has recently completed a Resident <br />Advisory Team process which included a Council adopted flnal report. This report provides valuable information that <br />must be considered as part of the next step of creating design and function. It is important that the Resident Advisory <br />Team, Parks and Recreation Cammission, Community at-large and staff be involved in the development of design, layout <br />and function. <br />This proposal shail provide: <br />Preferred/suggested process. <br />'Not to exceed' cost estimates to develop schematic/concept designs and budget estimates to construct. <br />'Not to exceed' cost estimates to develop construction plans/specifications and construction administration for <br />the final project. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />l. Analysis <br />o Review and consider Resident Advisory 7eam work. Consider all aspects and recommendations. <br />Program Development <br />o Work with staff and others to understand needs, layouts and functions including, current users, space <br />demands and gaps in service. <br />o Engage community in creating a planned approach. <br />■ Work with Parks and Recreation Gommission, Resident Advisory Team, Historical Society and <br />otMers on design, function and requirements (engag�ment may be incorporated into public <br />meetings of the Parks and Recre�tion Commission). <br />o Consider/identify energy efficiencies and long term maintenanee. <br />3. Schematic/Coneept Design <br />o�onsider site. area and adjacent infrastructure (see area map) ineluding: <br />■ Clubhouse <br />■ Maintenance Garage <br />■ Entry <br />■ Parking Lot <br />■ Pr�ctice Green <br />o Prepare site layout options and potential phased approach <br />o Prepare schematic and concept designs for the clubhouse replacement for the preferred layout <br />o Prepare schematic and coneept designs for #he adjacent site infrastructure for the preferred layout. <br />o Prepared information will be done with the understanding that it will move toward final construction <br />plans and specifications. <br />1�Page <br />City of Roseville Clubhouse Renewal Proposal <br />Cedarholm Golf Course Clubhouse Replacement Design and Cost Estimates <br />
