Meetings <br />o Attend, facilitate and provide presentations as agreed: <br />■ Community Listening Sessions — up to five 3 hour meetings. <br />• Community at-large, Advisory Team, Parks and Recreation Commission, others. <br />• May be held in conjunction with monthly Parks and Recreation Commission meeting. <br />■ Design Presentations — two meetings. <br />• Parks and Recreation Commission — one meeting/presentation up to 2 hours. <br />• City Council — one meeting/presentation up to 1 hour. <br />6.
