Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, March 13, 2017 <br />Page 18 <br />City Manager Trudgeon clarified that the rationale in completing the counter at <br />this time was as the last loop in securing entrances as had already been completed <br />in other city hall locations. Mr. Trudgeon suggested moving ahead with the pro- <br />ject at this time, opining that the study addressing city hall spaces and impacts to <br />them should not have any impact. <br />While soinewhat in agreement with that rationale, Councilmelnber Laliberte clari- <br />fied that it was her understanding that the space need study would inchide a re- <br />view of all departments and buildings for potential efficiencies or re-use options. <br />City Manager Trudgeon duly noted Councilmember Laliberte's perception. <br />Mayor Roe advised that he didn't interpret past City Council action to involve all <br />aspects of the city campus, but to address storage needs and their relationship with <br />the maintenance facility and License Center and to loolc at all possibilities within <br />the city's range of opportunities. <br />Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the following claims and payments <br />as presented and detailed. <br />ACH Payments $1,330,577.51 <br />84605-84860 1,313,222.17 <br />TOTAL $2,845,799.68 <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Willinus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />b.
