An owner of a non metal property that after the effective date of this Chapter wishes to <br />convert the property into a rental property, shall apply for and register the property prior <br />to its conversion. <br />C. � If there is a change in the type of occupancy from the type stated on the registration <br />form, a new registration form shall be filed within 30 days of the change. <br />D. 4. When a previously registered property is sold, the new owner shall register within 30 <br />days of the sale., if the property continues to be a residential rental property. <br />907.07 NOTICE TO TENANT, REQUIREMENT TO POST: <br />A. The owner or its agent must post, in accordance with the instructions provided by the <br />City, in each rental unit a current copy of the Registration Certificate provided by the <br />City upon registration. This certificate shall specifically include the following minimum <br />information: <br />1. The street address of the registered property,; and <br />2.
