If any provision of this Chapter or amendment thereto, or the application thereof to any <br />person, entity or circumstance, is held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, the remainder of thisChapter shall remain in full force and effect and the <br />application thereof to other persons, entities or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. <br />(Ord. 1361, 3-17-2008) (1495, 2/22/2016) <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date.
