ORDINANCE #1297 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPPERTY AT 2651 & 2701 RICE STREET FROM R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) ofthe City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3449, the following property, generally located at 2651 and 2701 Rice Street, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from R-l, Single Family Residence District to a Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning ofR-l, Single Family Residence District. The South 886.59 feet of the East Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, except the South 10 acres thereof, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota; and That part of the following described property: That part of the South 666.49 feet, as measured along the East and West lines thereof, of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 39 feet thereof, which lies Westerly of a line run parallel with and distant 40 feet Westerly of the following described line: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 1; thence run North on the East line of Section 1 for 700 feet and there terminating, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1297. The Planned Unit Development standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect upon: 1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. 2. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City and property owners. 3. The recording of the PUD docump.nts with Ramsey County. Passed this 17th day of November, 2003.
