<br />ORDINANCE #1297 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPPERTY AT 2651 & 2701 RICE STREET FROM R-l, SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH <br />UNDERLYING ZONING OF R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) ofthe City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3449, the <br />following property, generally located at 2651 and 2701 Rice Street, City of Roseville, is <br />hereby rezoned from R-l, Single Family Residence District to a Planned Unit <br />Development with underlying zoning ofR-l, Single Family Residence District. <br /> <br />The South 886.59 feet of the East Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, <br />Township 29 North, Range 23 West, except the South 10 acres thereof, according to <br />the United States Government Survey thereof and situated in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />That part of the following described property: That part of the South 666.49 feet, as <br />measured along the East and West lines thereof, of the East half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 39 feet thereof, which lies <br />Westerly of a line run parallel with and distant 40 feet Westerly of the following <br />described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 1; thence run North on the East <br />line of Section 1 for 700 feet and there terminating, according to the United States <br />Government Survey thereof and situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1297. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />3. The recording of the PUD docump.nts with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 17th day of November, 2003. <br />
