2 <br /> 3. The City of Roseville Public Works Director is authorized to negotiate work order <br /> contracts pursuant to the Master Contract, which work order contracts may <br /> provide for payment to or from MnDOT, and that the City of Roseville Public <br /> Works Director may execute such work order contracts on behalf of the City of <br /> Roseville without further approval by this Council, subject to other City policies. <br /> Be it further resolved that the City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized <br /> to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor <br /> of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> McGehee and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe and the following voted against the same: <br /> none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
