1. The Council approves the Easement and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute <br /> the driveway easement document. Approval of the easement document is subject to <br /> modifications that do not significantly alter the substance of the easement and that are <br /> approved by the City Attorney. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> McGehee, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, <br /> Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
