<br />ORDINANCE #1298 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPPERTY AT 1910 COUNTY ROAD C FROM 1-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING <br />ZONING OF 1-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3448, the <br />following property, generally located at 1910 County Road C, City of Roseville, is <br />hereby rezoned from 1-1, Light Industrial District to a Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of 1-1 Light Industrial District. <br /> <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Casci Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1298. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat Casci Addition with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4. The recording of the PUD documents with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 17th day of November, 2003. <br />
