Introduction / Roll Call <br />Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />Chair—reminded commissioners of upcoming Ethics Training 4/12 <br />Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Sara Brodt-Lenz; Members John <br />Heimerl, Duane Seigler, Kody Thurnau, Thomas Trainor and Joe <br />Wozniak <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver and Assistant Public <br />Works Director Jesse Freihammer; <br />2. Public Comments <br />3. Approval of February 28, 2017 Meeting Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />Motion <br />Member Trainor moved, Member Heimerl seconded, approval of the <br />February 28, 2017 meeting minutes as amended. <br />Corrections: <br />• Page 1, Line 29 (Wozniak) <br />Typographical correction to `regraded" <br />Ayes: 7 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4.
