Attachment C <br />ATTACHMENT B <br />326 <br />327 <br />328 <br />329Consultant’s 2017 Compensation Rates <br />330 <br />331Construction Management Services to assist City residentsand other non-loan services provided <br />332under this Agreement: The REDA shall pay to the Consultant $3,750 (“Contract Fee”) for the <br />333services set forth in sections C, D, E and F. <br />334Loan Administration of the Roseville Home Improvement Loan Program: <br />335The borrower shall pay the Consultant’s fees. A nonrefundable applicationfee of $75.00 will be <br />336charged at the time of application. Upon execution of the loan the borrower will pay a fee of <br />337$350 to cover part of the costs of origination, closing, and escrowing funds. REDA will be <br />338charged an additional amount of $375 per closed loan for origination and closing costs. <br />339 <br />340MHFA Programs: The Consultant shall receive compensation for administering the MHFA <br />341Programs directly from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and not from the REDA. <br />342 <br /> <br />
