Counterparts . This Agreement may be simultaneously executed in any 602 number of counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. 603 604 Section 9.5. Extensions . Any extension to the Closing Date and/or extension to 605 Construction Completion Date that exceeds 6 months after the date agreed to in Section 3.7 and 4.3, 606 respectively, must be approved by the Authority Board. Authority staff is authorized to extend the 607 Closing Date to a date less than 6 months after the Closing Date agreed to in Section 3.7 and extend 608 the Construction Completion Date to a date less than 6 months after the Construction Completion 609 Date agreed to in Section 4.3. 610 611 Section 9.6. Provisions Not Merged With Deed .
