Attachment B <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />1 <br />OF THE <br />2 <br />ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC AUTHORITY <br />3 <br />4 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />5 <br />6 <br />7Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners <br />8(the “Board”) of the Roseville Economic Development Authority (the “Authority”) was <br />9duly held on the 8th day of May, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. <br />10 <br />11The following members were present: <br />12 <br />13 and the following were absent: . <br />14 <br />15Memberintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />16 <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />17 <br />18 <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE AND <br />19 <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT BETWEEN THE ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC <br />20 <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND JOURNEY HOME MINNESOTA <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24WHEREAS, the Authority currently administers its Redevelopment Project No. 1 (the <br />25“Project”), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047 <br />26and Sections 469.090 to 469.1081, as amended (the “Act”); and <br />27 <br />28WHEREAS, To facilitate the redevelopment of certain property in the Project, the <br />29Authority has negotiated the terms of a Purchase and Development <br />30Contract (the “Contract”) between the Authority and Journey Home <br />31Minnesota (the “Developer”), pursuant to which among other things the <br />32Authority will convey to the Developer certain property within the Project <br />33described as follows (the “Development Property”): <br />34 <br />35The South ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section <br />3613, Township 29, Range 23, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, except the <br />37West 600 feet thereof, and xxcept the South 256.42 feet thereof; and the east 39 <br />38Feet of the North 90 feet of the South 256.42 feet of the East ½ of the Northwest <br />39¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 13 and that part of the <br />40East ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 13 lying <br />41Southwesterly of the center of McCarrons Boulevard as now located and <br />42Northwesterly of the centerline of a lane running North 79 degrees 35 minutes <br />43west from a point on the east line of said Section 13, distant 575.6 feet North of <br />44the Southeast corner thereof, lying Northwesterly of a line running Northeasterly <br /> <br />
