Attachment C <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />1 <br />ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />2 <br />3 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />4 <br />5 <br />6Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners (the <br />7“Board”) of the Roseville Economic Development Authority (the “Authority”) was duly held on <br />8the 8th day of May, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. <br />9 <br />10The following members were present: <br />11 <br />12and the following were absent: <br />13 <br />14Commissioner ___________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />15 <br />Resolution No. <br />16 <br />RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF SAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC’S APPLICATION FOR <br />17 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)/HOME <br />18 <br />INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDISON <br />19 <br />APARTMENTS(f/k/a ARBOR ROSE APARTMENTS) <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23WHEREAS, Sand Development, LLC (the “Developer”) has proposed the development <br />24of a multifamily rental housing facility including 60 units of workforce housing (the “Facility”), <br />25to be located along Old Highway 8 in the City of Roseville(the “City”); <br />26 <br />27WHEREAS, to finance a portion of the costs to develop the Facility, the Developerhas <br />28applied for HOME Investment Partnership Program (“HOME”) funds allocated to Ramsey <br />29County; <br />30 <br />31NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Roseville Economic Development <br />32Authority hereby supports the request by the Developer for HOME funding through Ramsey <br />33County to finance a portion of the costs of the proposed Facility. <br />34 <br />th <br />35Adopted by the Board of the Authority this 8 day of May, 2017. <br />36 <br />37 <br />38 <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />498958v3 MNI RS275-14 <br /> <br />
