Discuss City Code, Chapter 407.02.G Regulating Pigs and Goats <br /> Without objection, at the suggestion of Councilmember Willmus, Mayor Roe di- <br /> rected staff to defer this item to a future meeting on a date to be determined. <br /> 8. Approve Minutes <br /> 10. Council& City Manager Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> 11. Councilmember Initiated Future Agenda Items and Future Agenda Review <br /> Mayor Roe asked that the next meeting agenda include consideration by the City Council <br /> of a text amendment for multi-family residential as a Regional Business Conditional Use <br /> designation to move the process forward to the Planning Commission as soon as possible. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte also noted her repeated requests to look at those parcels and ar- <br /> eas currently zoned high density residential (HDR) but not utilized to-date to see if there <br /> were areas that should be rezoned. While recognizing that the city is in the middle of its <br /> comprehensive plan update process,Councilmember Laliberte questioned if that precluded <br /> the City Council from looking at those sites at this time. <br /> At the request of City Manager Trudgeon, without objection, Mayor Roe confirmed that <br /> this included a broader conversation about all designated HRD parcels. <br /> Community Development Director Kari Collins advised that the Planning Commission <br /> would begin land use discussions at their meeting next week as part of the comprehensive <br /> plan update process. With their deeper dive into land use, including HDR, Ms. Collins <br /> suggested that the City Council delay their subsequent discussion until that initial commis- <br /> sion feedback was available. <br /> Mayor Roe duly noted that suggestion. <br /> 12.
