Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: May 23, 2017 <br />Item Description: City Council Joint Meeting Preliminary Discussion <br />Item No: 7 <br />Background: <br />The Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission is scheduled to have its annual <br />joint meeting with the City Council proposed for July 171' (final meeting date hopefully will be <br />set prior to the PWETC meeting.) In order to prepare for a more detailed discussion neat month <br />(June) about what items to discuss with the City Council, we have added this item to the agenda <br />to start the process of identifying items for the joint meeting. <br />Attached are the notes for last year's joint meeting including what items the PWET Commission <br />discussed from August 2015 — June 2016 and the items the Commission wanted to discuss with <br />the Council at that time. For the June PWET Commission meeting, staff will assemble a <br />summary of items discussed from August 2016 — June 2017 for a more detailed discussion at that <br />time. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Discuss potential items for the July Joint Meeting with the City Council. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
