<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1303 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, SECTIONS 1007.01 THROUGH 1007.04, <br />PERTAINING TO INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. The Roseville City Code, Title 10, Sections 1007.01 through <br />1007.04, are hereby amended by clarifying and revising language and adding land use and <br />required dimensions charts. The purpose of this ordinance is to use updated terminology in <br />this section of the code, reduce repetition, and include charts for easier reference. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 1007.01 through 1007.04 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />1007.01: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br />The following minimum requirements shall apply to all buildings that may be erected, converted <br />or structurally altered in industrial districts and development of industrial land: <br /> <br />Section 1007.01 MINIMUM INDUSTRIAL AREA and <br /> <br />BUILDING DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Interior Lot Area in Sq.
