<br />1007.04: I-2A MODIFIED GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: <br />The 1-2 Modified Industrial District is designed primarily for general industrial uses, but offers <br />an opportunity for collecting and processing of inorganic materials and industrial wastes. It is a <br />complementary and supportive use area to the general industrial uses. The I-2A Modified <br />General Industrial District is intended for certain areas designated as I Industrial areas in the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />A. Permitted, Accessory, and Conditional Uses: A modified general industrial district (I-2A) is <br />established in which the uses are set forth in Section 1007.015. <br />B. Uses Allowed By Conditional Use Permits: <br />1. All conditional uses in 1-2 districts as set forth in Section 1007.015. <br />2. The collection, processing, treatment and distribution of inorganic metal wastes consisting <br />of metal compounds, solutions, sludges and liquids and the collection, bulking, <br />separation, addition of absorbents and distribution of organic industrial wastes. Neither <br />the inorganic nor the organic industrial wastes may include explosives as defined in title <br />18 USC, section 841 (c) (d) and 27 CFR 55.23. <br />3. Control Measures: The city council may require control measures including, but not <br />limited to, the following: <br />Security of premises and buildings, access to and egress from site, routing of vehicular <br />traffic on public streets, security methods for delivery and pickup, storm drainage and <br />spillage control facilities, hours of operation, noise impact, liability for and control of <br />unauthorized delivery, impact on contiguous property and fire protection.
