Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Public Works staff completed the pathway connection between Twin Lakes Parkway and <br />Langton Lake. <br />• Assisted developer with completing sidewalk segment on Oxford St. <br />• Repaired numerous curb and sidewalks related to watermain breaks from the winter. <br />• Completed annual painting of pavement markings. <br />• Ongoing street patching, monthly compost turning, tree trimming, and storm sewer <br />cleaning/repairs. <br />• Completed the second round of right of way mowing and streetscape maintenance. <br />• Continue working on meter repairs and replacements. <br />• Collected bacteriological samples for testing. <br />• Repaired one broken water main. <br />• Continued with the annual sanitary sewer cleaning program <br />• Repaired two broken hydrants. <br />• Seasonal employees continued flushing fire hydrants and cutting grass around lift stations <br />and water tower. <br />• Assisted consulting engineers with pressure / flow testing 50 hydrants throughout <br />Roseville. <br />• Seasonal workers have started allowing us to start work on: <br />o Flushing/painting fire hydrants <br />o Mowing large right-of-way areas <br />o More focused street repairs <br />Attachments: <br />A: 2017 Project Map <br />B: Development Activity Report <br />
