Other Requirements: <br />1. Certain Businesses In Shopping Center Districts To Be Enclosed: All business, storage, <br />service, repair or processing, recycling, box and crate storage or merchandise display shall <br />be conducted wholly within an enclosed building or behind a solid fence not less than six <br />feet (6') high except as allowed in subsection 1005.01E ofthis title. <br />2. Communication: All uses within the S-C district shall have, and must post on the exterior <br />premises, a phone number that will be answered by persons with authority, including the <br />shopping center manager and the individual store manager, to respond to customer concerns <br />or complaints during business hours or when other related commercial activities occur. <br />3. Security: Commercial property owners shall be responsible for providing frequent and <br />thorough security monitoring of commercial areas closer than three hundred feet (300') to a <br />residential district or property line. <br />4. Site Maintenance: Commercial property owners shall be responsible for daily site <br />monitoring and site maintenance, including trash pickup in parking areas bordering <br />residential areas.
