2 <br /> All that part of the Wagner Return as dedicated in the plat of Rolling Green, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying southerly and westerly adjacent to Lots 2, <br /> 25, 26, and 27 all of Block 1. <br /> 2. The vacation applies only to the right of way described in Provision 1 and not to: (a) the <br /> rights of existing utilities, if any, and (b) any other easements running to or benefiting the <br /> City of Roseville, if any. <br /> 3. The City Manager is directed to execute and record a Notice of Completion of this vacation <br /> proceeding pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §412.851. The vacation authorized by this <br /> Resolution shall not be effective until the Notice of Completion is recorded in the office of <br /> the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof. Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe and the <br /> following voted against: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
