Over these two years staff will be replacing much of the furniture in the <br />public spaces of City Hall (conference rooms, hallways and sitting areas) as much of this furniture predates <br />the expansion of City Hall in 2003 and is showing significant wear and tear. Also, many of the walls in <br />the public areas and some in the office areas will be painted in 2018 to cover up several years of scuff <br />marks and general wear and tear. <br /> <br /> <br />Location: <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Item 7: Attachment A <br />31
