Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. City Manager Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon advised that Business Item 8.e had been removed from tonight's <br /> agenda to pending confirmation of ownership issues; and further advised that business <br /> Item 8.f was removed as nuisance violations had been resolved. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> a. Wayne Grennow, 899 Millwood Avenue <br /> Mr. Grennow asked that the City Council review the city's current rental license <br /> ordinance related to parking for single-family homes used as rental homes and the <br /> city ordinance related to a maximum of four related parties in one residence. Mr. <br /> Grennow offered pictorial evidence of his observation of 12 to 14 vehicles parked <br /> in a driveway sometimes at a 90-degree angle, and even though they all appeared <br /> to be licensed, often not frequently moving off site. Given current ordinance lan- <br /> guage, and after his repeated consultation with the city's Police and Public Works <br /> Departments to seek resolution, Mr. Grennow advised that neither department had <br /> enforcement authority to eliminate this issue. As a Roseville taxpayer, Mr. Gren- <br /> now asked the City Council to address current parking regulations, stating his <br /> frustration with adjacent rental properties looking like a parking lot. <br /> Without objection, Mayor Roe asked City Manager Trudgeon to review the situa- <br /> tion and bring any necessary ordinance changes to the City Council's attention if <br /> required; and also asked that Mr. Grennow be alerted to the process and findings <br /> accordingly. <br /> b. Lois Glasgow, 1765 Chatsworth Avenue <br /> Ms. Glasgow spoke to a matter of justice, fairness and principle related to the <br /> city's current practice of assessing unpaid utility bills to property taxes, and what <br />
