That includes the allocation specifically targeted at below 50% AMI which requires a minimum <br />density of 12 units per acre (and so would only include the High Density Residential Area). <br />I will review the basis for these calculations and have an interactive spreadsheet available at the meeting if you <br />would like to delve into any of these scenarios further.
