EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said city on Tuesday, February 13, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Cushman and the following were absent: Rog. Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8549 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NOS. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 70 AND P-ST-90-10 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement Nos. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 70 and ST-90-10 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Shryer Avenue from Dale Street to cul-de- sac, Moundsview Avenue from Dale Street to Kent Street, Ryan Avenue from Dale Street to Kent Street, Ryan Avenue from Kent Street to cul-de-sac, and Kent Street from Ryan Avenue to Moundsview Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $428,211.62 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Thomas and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Cushman and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
