EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of August, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11433 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A 2017 CASH TRANSFER FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council after reviewing its Cash Reserve Policy concludes that the General Fund <br /> has excess unrestricted cash reserves; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to address near-term general facility improvements for which <br /> insufficient monies had previously been set aside. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that <br /> $500,000 in General Fund monies be transferred to the Building Replacement Fund. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Etten <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, <br /> McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page I of 2 <br />
