EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of August 2017 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11428 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br /> MINNESOTA BRASS INC. <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Brass Inc. organization has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to <br /> conduct lawful gambling activities at 2730 Snelling Ave N; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Brass Inc. has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, <br /> Section 304. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> follows: <br /> The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of Minnesota Brass Inc. to conduct <br /> lawful gambling activities at 2730 Snelling Ave N. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Laliberte and <br /> upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, <br /> McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
