EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 281h day of August, 2017, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Laliberte, Etten; and Roe and the following <br /> members were absent: Willmus . <br /> Council member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11441 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> TWIN LAKES PARKWAY PHASE 3 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on October 5, 2015, Forest <br /> Lake Contracting, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the <br /> Twin Lakes Parkway Phase 3 Project. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br /> order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one-year warranty period as specified in the <br /> contract shall commence on August 28, 2017. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: McGehee, Laliberte, Etten; and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
