SIDEWALK EASEMENT <br /> THIS SIDEWALK EASEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of this day of <br /> , 2017 (the "Execution Date"), by and between Calvary Baptist Church of <br /> Saint Paul, Minnesota, a Minnesota religious corporation, a/k/a Calvary Baptist Church of Saint <br /> Paul a/k/a Calvary Baptist Church ("Grantor"), and the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal <br /> corporation("City"). <br /> RECITALS: <br /> WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of that certain real property located in Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota legally described as follows: <br /> See attached, Exhibit A <br /> ("Grantor's Property"). <br /> WHEREAS, the parties have determined that it is in their mutual and preferred interests <br /> for the Grantor to grant to the City an easement for use as a sidewalk over and across that part of <br /> Grantor's Property legally described as follows: <br /> See attached, Exhibit B <br /> ("Easement Area"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Easement Area is depicted on Exhibit C, attached hereto. <br /> WHEREAS, Grantor agrees to grant to City an easement pursuant to the terms and <br /> conditions set forth in this Agreement. <br />
