PATHWAY EASEMENT <br /> THIS INDENTURE is made as of this day of , 2017, <br /> between Bruce R. France and Renata M. France, husband and wife ("Grantors"), and the City of <br /> Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation("City"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> That said Grantors, in consideration of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other good <br /> and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, do <br /> hereby grant and convey unto the City, and its successors and assigns, a permanent pathway <br /> easement in-gross on, over, across and through a portion of the following described real property <br /> located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> The South 30 feet of Lot 30,Block 2, Frankson's Garden <br /> Plateau,Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> (Torrens Property) <br /> Said easement being that part of the above described parcel which is legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> The West 16.5 feet of the South 30 feet of Lot 30,Block 2, <br /> Frankson's Garden Plateau, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> ("Easement Area"). <br /> The Easement Area is shown on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> The grant of the foregoing easement includes the right of the City, and its contractors, <br /> agents, employees, and successors and assigns, to enter upon and use the Easement Area to <br /> construct, reconstruct, pave, inspect, operate and use sidewalks, trailways and/or other public <br /> pathways, together with signage, fences,retaining walls, landscaping, and other improvements <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
